8 Sessions Mentorship Program
To help fellow florists to identify their strengths and weaknesses within the industry, I’ve created a mentorship program to help inspiring florists grow their business, skillset, income, and profit. I help to identify and understand their skills and experience as a floral designer and budding new business. Meetings will be via Google Meet.
Currently, I am offering a two-month mentorship.. We will start with setting one major goal and then work on minor goals throughout the program. Not sure where to start? Don’t worry, I’ve got a list of common goals we can choose from. Once our goals are set, and after each session, you will be responsible for writing me an email with the tasks you will be implementing to achieve those goals. Not everyone will achieve their goals at the same time, and that’s okay!
WHAT IS A MENTORSHIP SESSION?
A Mentorship Session is a holistic, strategic, and supportive process that includes a 1-hour virtual learning call with Jo, along with a pre-session exercise as well as a post-session personalized Google Folder recapping your session and outlining your next steps.
IS IT FOR ME?
Mentorship Sessions are for all-levels of floristry professionals and brand new floral enthusiasts. This is an excellent step if you are in a transition period of growing or refining your existing business or just looking into beginning a new one. Mentorship Sessions are an excellent complement to design courses and workshops, offering you personalized strategy, steps, insight, and structure to get you to your goals.
