Meet “Jo” Quetta Carter

Joquetta Carter is an award winning celebrity floral and event designer. She is the owner and lead designer of No. 1 Flowers LLC. a full service wedding and event floral design company. She is also the owner of Carter’s Wholesale Flowers.

Jo is a well know floral designer in Central Florida and has designed florals and events for well known figures such as Courtney Adeleye, Saint Laurent, Tony Robinson, and others. No. 1 Flowers has been featured in Essence, Munaluchi Bride, Southern Brides, Married Orlando, Bridal Babes, Yelp, Tory Burch and more.

Jo is currently one of the only Black Owned Floral Shops located in Central Florida. Her goal is to educate others on Floral Care and Design. If you are looking to elevate your business, this is the workshop for you.
